Governance

Governance model

  • • Council-based governance
  • • No sudo / no master authority
  • • Four-eyes rule for sensitive actions
  • • On-chain upgrade safety locks
  • • Emergency procedures are constrained and auditable

What governance cannot do

  • • Grant authority via token ownership
  • • Bypass identity verification
  • • Override protocol constraints unilaterally
  • • Introduce hidden issuance
  • • Act without transparency or review

Governance authority within RMP is identity-based and process-driven, not capital-based. Tokens do not provide voting rights, council membership, or privileged protocol access.
